Chef History
 
I'm a Private Chef for different VVP families. 
I'm a creative and accommodating person and Master's degree educated. 
I know ranges from Italian cuisine, where I'm a master of pasta and risotto, to more ethnic and spicy cuisines, such as Indian, and Japanese recipes. 
It all started in 2013, while I was in New York and I met a Chef who told me about the fantastic world of cooking. I was immediately fascinated, to the point of enrolling in one-year cooking classes and then in a subsequent specialization course. So, I began traveling around the world and cooking while also tasting the cultures of the various places where I lived! I have worked in Paris, New York, China, and Montreal! Even at a starred restaurant in Lisbon and Switzerland. 
I obviously also worked in Italy, Milan, where was my training, and in Sardinia, and around Europe London, Cyprus, and Gstaad, for VVP Clients. 
I call myself an atypical graduate and a performative cooker.
